Press Release: Finnish-American Village Receives 2 Awards
Lake Worth, FL — Finnish-American Village is proud to celebrate two recent recognitions highlighting its continued commitment to exceptional care for seniors throughout Palm Beach County.
Finnish-American Village's Assisted Living Manager and Assistant Assisted Living Manager were once again one of the few called to the stage at the 2026 Florida Assisted Living Association Conference to receive recognition for achieving another deficiency-free survey certificate—an accomplishment that reflects the dedication of the entire Assisted Living team and its commitment to maintaining high standards of care and regulatory compliance on a daily basis.
Adding to the celebration, Finnish-American Home Care has once again been recognized in the 2026 Best of Florida Guide, a statewide program honoring a small number of businesses and organizations that have earned the support and confidence of the communities they serve. The recognition reflects the trust placed in Finnish-American Home Care by clients, families, and community members who value its compassionate, reliable, and personalized approach to care.
"These recognitions represent what our organization strives for every day—providing exceptional care while giving families confidence and peace of mind," said Daniel Benson, Executive Director. "Whether someone calls Finnish-American Village their home or receives assistance through Finnish-American Home Care, every individual and family is surrounded by people who truly care, and these awards reflect our dedication."

About The Florida Assisted Living Association (FALA)
As Florida’s largest and longest-established association dedicated to the assisted living industry, for more than 30 years, FALA has promoted excellence in assisted care through education, advocacy, regulatory support and consumer awareness. Receiving recognition from FALA for achieving a deficiency-free survey is a tremendous honor and a meaningful testament to the dedication of an assisted living community and its team. A deficiency-free survey means that during the regulatory survey, the facility was found to be in compliance with the stringent standards set by AHCA.
