To become a resident applicant needs to meet the following criteria:
62 years of age or older
AHCA 1823 Health Assessment signed by MD/ARNP
Able to evacuate in an emergency situation
Need only assistance or supervision with ADLS
Residents may remain as long as they meet the admission criteria or as long as their needs can be met by the facility
Pay the monthly fees

Membership is open to “any person of Finnish nationality or descent, including past and present spouses”. (Bylaws: Article VIII Membership, click here for application.)
The benefit of the membership is having the right to vote in membership meetings that are held twice a year.
