Q:   Do you admit nationalities other than Finnish?
Yes.  Our skilled nursing facility is open to all nationalities, if we are able to meet the resident’s needs.

Q: Do you provide short term rehabilitation?
Yes, we do.  We have physical, occupational, and speech therapy on site for short term needs.

Q: Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes.  We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and Private pay residents.

Q: Do you accept HMO-insurance?
No, we do not.  All residents must be Medicare, Medicaid or private pay.

Q: Do you offer transportation?
Yes.  We have 2 busses equipped with wheel chair lifts.  The busses are driven by our own personnel.

Q: Does your Dietary Department prepare therapeutic diets?
Yes.  In addition to our full time dietary and assistant dietary managers, we contract a licensed dietitian’s services to monitor the preparation of nutritious home cooked meals and to ensure that proper therapeutic diets are served.  The Dietitian also monitors and reviews the residents’ dietary intakes and notes recommendations on resident dietary needs.

Q. How does a resident receive specialists’ services?
We have several specialists who provide their services in-house.  These specialties include dentistry, podiatry, optometry, audiology, and psychiatry.  Residents also go to office visits when needed.  Escort is provided when needed for the resident.
